Patsy is a wonderful senior cat. She is very friendly once she gets to know you. Loves to cuddle ( on her terms) and can be more active at times. She is pretty good eater and loves to get treats. She doesn't have any special needs

Living room , dining room, kitchen and laundry room on first floor, bedroom and two offices and full bath on the second floor. The bedroom gets plenty of morning light and has a king size bed with a really comfy temperpedic mattress. Central air conditioning. The side yard has a small lawn and a much bigger garden area. Off street parking with a level 2 EV charging station in the driveway. There is a secure Catio off the laundry room where Patsy likes spend most of her summer days. There is also a full dry basement for storage Our home is cozy and comfortable. Built in the 1820’s but with modern conveniences. The first floor has a well equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Narberth has a small town feel. It is walkable and friendly. It is only 8 miles from center city Philadelphia. There is a regional rail stop 1 mile from the house. A bus to center city stops in front of the house. A nearby outdoor mall with a Trader Joe’s and a DiBruno Bros specialty foods. A little further west isI the King of Prussia Mall, a shopping destination. Philadelphia is the birthplace of American Democracy. The Liberty Bell, Carpenters Hall, home of the first Continental Congress, The National Constitution Center and so much more. A thriving arts center, The Philadelphia Museum of Art and the incomparable Barnes Foundation. Philadelphia also has many resurgent neighborhoods with great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Less than 2 hours from Ocean City New Jersey and great beaches. 90 minutes by Amtrak to New York City or 2 hours to Washington DC make this a great jumping off point for day trips. Truly something for everyone.

Thanks to Mary-Jo and Bob for their trust. My five weeks in their house, in a very nice area, meeting some of Mary Jo's friends, allowed me to discover Philadelphia in a different way. Patsy the cat needed two weeks to get used to me but after she became an adorable "little girl" as I called her.
