Needs and animals

We have a sphynx and a medium-large mixed breed dog.

The dog needs walking twice a day about 30 min, and paw cleaning and feeding afterwards, her name is Fenya and she doesn't like cars and most other dogs, so she can pull the leash occasionally, but at home she's very friendly and communicative. She loves children, but gets excited easily and can jump on tiny humans not realising they are too small to handle her love. She is allowed on the couch, but not on the bed.

The cat's name is Koha, she has an automatic feeder, which needs to be refilled every day or so, and also Koha eats one pouch of wet food in the evening (it needs to be split in 2-3 portions given every 20 min). Koha is quite independent, but likes to sleep in the bed at night, and can crave attention if she's cold. (and she also has a toxic trait of pooping on the bathroom tiles, so that needs to be cleaned up)

These are the dates we are away, so we can't shorten the period, but if you need a few extra days of stay before or after said dates, we'll be happy to host you, we have room for 2 people in the living room.

A comfortable 3 room apartment (bedroom, living room, and a study), + small kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equiped for home cooking, including an oven and a dishwasher, there's also a tv, a stable Internet connection and a washer-dryer. It's located near the very edge of the city in a quiet neighbourhood, and it takes 20 min by bus to get to the city centre.
For the heat there is a not-so-strong-but-working air conditioner in the corridor next to the bedroom and the study. The heating is the oven that sets fire automatically, but needs to be turned on and refilled with pellets manually.

There's a 4k tv available for use and a digital piano, the internet is as fast as it gets, and there is a separate study with two desks, one of them is standing desk.

Tourism and Leisure

The city centre has lots of historical places: museums, medieval university buildings and churches, parks etc. There are also Colli Euganei, where you can hike. Venice is 40 min away by car/about an hour by public tranportation.

Vera et Raffaele nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et gourmandise avec un plat de pâtes délicieux qui augurait du séjour culturel et enrichissant à Padoue: très belle ville riche en patrimoine et qui par sa situation nous a permis de visiter Vérone, Venise et la nature dans les Colli Euganei pleine de charme. Fenya et Koha, pleines de douceur et d'affection nous ont tenu compagnie dans l'appartement très agréable. Un beau home-sitting pour vivre la Dolce Vita. Un grand merci à Vera et Raffaele.
