Our condominium is close to downtown Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan. There are events, music and great food galore all year-round. We have a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Enjoy our screened-in balcony, have breakfast with us, and tell us your story. We enjoy meeting folks from around the world -- which we do now because this room is also listed on Airbnb. But we love the Nomador Stopover concept and would enjoy hosting travelers for a night or two.

There is one bicycle to use on bike-friendly roads in Ann Arbor.

The condo complex is quiet and peaceful. Walk to market, restaurants, or to bus stop.

Josie and Conrad are amazing people. Just the sort of pet/housesitters you would like have in your home. They clearly loved my two cats. They're flexible, independent but communicative, and friendly with neighbors. Working out a schedule was very easy. I came home to an immaculate house, with some yummy leftovers and basic pantry items in the fridge. And best of all, they're the sort of people you'd like have a friends. I'd have them back in a minute!

Josie and Conrad were perfect cat-sitters. They are open and friendly people who we enjoyed getting to know for a couple of days before we left for a month-long holiday. They were very respectful of our home and gave our kitties lots of attention. We were delighted to return home to a spotless flat and happy cats. They kept in touch regularly and left us feeling very confident to entrust our home to them.
