4 bed 2 bath house with a pool and fenced in backyard. We are 30 min to Tampa and St Pete. 10 min from Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks which have great beaches and nice blue water. About 25 min from Clearwater beach Stores and shopping all around. Use of an SUV, WIFI, AC, Security system, quiet neighborhood. The dog: We have a 8 year old Black Mouth Cur named Frank. Frank loves his people. He definitely has an "inner circle". Everyone else he is very unsure of at first. He has a loud intimidating bark and that is his defense mechanism around new people. He is a great guard dog! He will warm up to you over time. He need someone who is strong willed and not startled by a bark and is definitely a "dog person" Although we have kids, young kids would not be a good fit here. And he should be the only dog in the house. He loves to go for runs and walks. He is well trained and and fairly lazy during the day. He gets fed once a day and gets 1 long walk/run per day and or a few …
