Gym, post office, miles of walking and biking trails, 3 pools, restaurant, all within the community. 5 miles from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Shopping and restaurants galore.

My home is on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. There are bunnies, squirrels, ducks, and lots of birds that can be viewed from the large screened in lanai overlooking the lake. My home is completely tiled, no carpets. Light and bright and airy. 2 car garage. Great air conditioning and fans, and lots of hot water. My home is my sanctuary. Very peaceful.

Wendy is a really lovely friendly lady. Very welcoming to her home. Her home is wonderful and has everything you would need for a stay. Wendy went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. She was very easy to contact both before and during our stay. Her cat is a real character and great company. Two new friends have been made!
