The main priority will be to take care of the king of the manor, Phillie, he is a big softie but can be a bit moody too with a touch of cheeky! He is an early riser and has breakfast at 6/6:30am and dinner at 10pm. Very playful if you can stimulate his senses.

I would really like to spend a day with the person(s) who will be taking care of the house to get to know them. Also happy to allow them to stay a few days after my return.

45sqm attic flat with 2 “rooms”. Main room on ground floor, private bathroom, open plan kitchen with small balcony and attic which is where the extra room is located. Attic also triple up as “office” & “gym”. Located in Sant Joan Despi, 5/10min walk from train station which takes 20mins to Plaza Catalunya (centre of Barcelona).

Sant Joan Despi is in a great location just on the outskirts of Barcelona with some great spots for hikes, especially down by Llobregat river which is great for cycling and running.
