Needs and animals

1 Cat | 2 Horses

We have a cat, 3 chicken, a duck and 2 guinnea pigs to be fed .The chicken house and guinea pigs need cleaning once a week. The 2 horses need to be taken to and from the pasture twice a day and the paddock cleaned from manure every couple of days. You can choose to live in the guest house or the main house. We have room for 4 to 6 people and you can bring your own animal if it is compatable with ours.

Our dates are not firm because we will be leaving by car and are therefore flexible. We will call you to discuss details. Would be nice to meet you and spend a day or two together. A gardener will be coming on a regular basis,he knows the property and animals well, in case there are any questions.

Our property is a 19th century chateau still under renovation but functional and comfortable with a guest house and additional buildings situated in a 13ha park. Between Bordeaux and Perigeux, just north of St. Emilion, best fishing, walking, shopping and all ammenities close at hand with a farmers market every sunday morning.
If you want nature, space and tranquility without being isolated, this is the place to be.

Just sitting in front of the house enjoying the view is a holiday in itself. But in case nature is not enough,there are plenty of things to see and do in less than an hour's radius in the area Gironde, Dordogne and Perigeux.
