La maison est équipée de chatières pour un maximum d'autonomie, les chats ont besoin qu'on leur donne à manger matin et soir et d'attention et de câlins pour certains. Nous avons 1 poule libre dans le jardin. Le poulailler est équipée d'une porte automatique. Il faut leur donner à manger le matin et veiller à ce qu'elles aient de quoi manger toute la journée puis rentrer le grain le soir. Un nettoyage quotidien du poulailler est demandé ainsi qu'un peu d'attention. Il y a aussi quelques plantes dans la maison à arroser 1 fois par semaine.

Maison ossature bois et paille auto-construite avec 1 étage Matériaux naturels, enduits à la chaux, terre cuite au sol ,chauffage au bois (nécessité impérative d'avoir l'expérience du chauffage au bois), tous ces éléments apportent une chaleur douce et rayonnante dans la maison. Toilette sèche, phyto-épuration, maison exempte de rayonnements électro-magnétiques, jardin de 1800 m2 arboré et non traité, calme et reposant, endroit idéal pour se ressourcer tout entouré de nature et de chants d'oiseaux. Voisins proches et discrets.

Nous prêtons 2 bicyclettes, accès internet, guitare à disposition, livres, jeux de société.

Il y a un boulanger épicerie dans le village. La ville la plus proche avec tous les commerces et marché est à 10 mn. Notre maison se situe dans un quartier très calme et reposant, il y a une voie verte juste à côté et aussi une forêt tout près. Il y a un des plus beaux villages de france à 10 mn en voiture (Rochefort en Terre), la forêt de Brocéliande à 40 mn , la plage à 25 mn et de nombreuses ballades à faire dans les environs.

House sitting for Virginie and Thierry was absolutely amazing. The house is so beautiful. We are experienced sitters but this house was the best by far. It’s a true work of art made of natural materials such as straw, clay and wood. We are happy we could live there for more than a month while taking care of 5 wonderful cats and 2 chickens. Each of the cats have a different personality and we fell in love with all of them. They were a bit shy at the beginning but it was great to see how they were little by little getting used to us. We enjoyed exploring beautiful Brittany and also cycling on the greenway that is very close to the house. We got many useful tips from our hosts what to visit and where to buy good local and organic food. Virginie and Thierry prepared the place for us and they thought of every possible detail so it was really comfortable to stay there. We really appreciated their values and view of life which are similar to ours. Communication with the hosts before and during the sit was perfect. They always responded quickly to our questions.
