Needs and animals

We have three cats who need feeding morning and eve, letting in and out of the house .
We have 2 chickens who need food and water, their eggs, which are delicious need collecting.
We have a small pond with lots of small fish who need a pinch of food every day.
Watering of plants especially potted ones. and seed trays and the garden. The flowers will need dead heading and the tomatoes etc harvesting. The care of the plants is vey important and experience of gardening is a must.
The Olive trees have an automatic watering system that needs to be turned on and off every few days.

We have a Casita and we have paying guests staying, we have a lovely lady who does the change over but we may need you to welcome them, ie give them the key and direct them to the casita, which is next to our house and receive the key on their departure also we need someone who is happy to help them if they have problems.

This would only be on one day a week, most guest in July are for one week or less.

The guests, adults only have shared use of the pool with us. Daily cleaning of the swimming pool is required and experience in this is useful. We have a robot which makes life easier but removal of leaves and flies will be required and sometimes sweeping around the pool area.

We have TV with internet and starlink satellite. There is a music system, CD's and google home. We have lots of books and much art on the walls for your enjoyment. There are wood burning stoves and there is central heating if needed. The pool is not heated. The countryside is a haven of peace and colour, a walkers paradise. Our beautiful home is off grid which is no problem on sunny days, sometimes the generator needs to be started on very foggy days which are rare. Shopping is easy in the village where there is a market on a Friday and a bakers, butchers and a small supermarket. Car essential. There is a town, El Perello 12 kilometres away with restaurants, bars and a market on Saturdays. There are many good places to visits in the vicinity , Miravet, Falsett and Horta sant Joan to name a few. The coast is half an hour away and the Ebro delta is 40 minutes. The house is easy …

The pool needs cleaning daily, there is a robot but extra leaves may need taking out with a net. Tidying around the pool is sometimes required.
