Hi! Looking for someone who will enjoy the property, our cat Lila, the rivers and wildlife around the house and live in harmony with them. Only job is to give the cat some food, water and love, water the house plants and enjoy yourself.

Tranquil and private home on 7 secluded acres of pristine jungle and river land while only minutes from some of the best beaches and restaurants in the area. We have a DVD library, kids toys, some beach gear, a Bose bluetooth speaker, hammock, fire pit, comfortable patio furniture and a BBQ. The separate and secluded master bedroom patio also doubles as a healing space which is perfect for yoga, meditation and the healing arts. Our home is very tranquil and relaxing. You can sit on the bedroom patio looking down on our seasonal "Half Moon Creek" or relax on the large front porch drinking local Costa Rican coffee, listening to the rivers and watching the wildlife. We have regular sightings of monkeys, blue morpho butterflies, hummingbirds and tropical birds of all kinds. Along with ceiling fans in every room, the house is naturally cooled by the cool breezes that come off the rivers. We enjoy living close to nature and our house has numerous screened windows and doors. Mosquitos are not a problem around the house, only if you want to trek deep into the surrounding jungle where repellant would be recommended. Our …

Our location is very safe & private but only 5 minutes to the coastal highway. There is a locked safe room and a home alarm system for even more peace of mind. We love to swim and relax in the rivers and watering hole just steps from the house, have small fires in our fire pit just off the patio and cook great meals in the large modern kitchen.

We are located in the southern part of the famous Ballena Coast, Puntarenas Province, where the ocean meets the jungle and where the whales and turtles come to migrate. The Coastal area is made up of three towns (Dominical, Uvita and Ojochal). We are situated between Uvita and Ojochal. The region is known for it's abundant wildlife, waterfalls, breath taking nature, beaches, surfing and great restaurants. Ojochal in particular is called the "Culinary Capital" of Costa Rica, being famous for quality dining. Tourists and locals alike enjoy deep sea fishing, whale watching tours, mangrove wildlife tours, zip-lining, waterfalls, surfing and more. Our house is within minutes to one of the areas most beautiful beaches (Playa Ventanas) and to some of the best restaurants in the area (Exotica, Citrus and Heliconia).

What a wonderful trip we had thanks to Kiera... A wonderful house, in the jungle, with all the animals you're looking for in parks, just behind you, in the garden. The house is perfect, like a luxury hotel, and Lila is a lovable and easy cat. Here is paradise ! Pura vida !
