Restored olive mill surrounded by countryside with it's own stream and views of the sea in the distance. The house sits on a plot of about 1 acre with terraced gardens, a BBQ area and outside dining area as well as a swimming pool (open May to September). Many of the original mill features have been kept during the restoration whilst making the house a comfortable modern home.

The mill sits just outside a small village in a very quiet and secluded spot. There is a very small shop and post office in the village but main amenities and shops are found half an hours drive away in Ile Rousse. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes drive from the house.

Tourism and Leisure

The house sits on the Route des Artisans about 20 minutes drive from the sea and the same to the top of a 1000m mountain. There are numerous hiking trails and walks in the area as well as small mountain villages with potters, glass blowers, painters as well as artisan biscuit makers and vineyards nearby. The pretty beach side town of Ile Rousse is half an hour away with its numerous bars, restaurants and square where you can sit and watch the locals playing boule in the sunshine.
