Mischa eats twice a day (6:30am + 6:30pm, although this can be changed slightly - as long as it's a 12-hour interval) and knows to eat with a specific alarm so he won't bug you for food otherwise. He'll need a bit of time to get used to you and he does get quite anxious when I am not around. He is used to me being with him just about 24/7, so he may be anxious if you leave for several hours. Anxiety for him looks like increased shedding and dandruff. I will leave you with treats so you can become friends in no time :)

I would love of course to meet you before leaving. If you must arrive shortly after I leave or leave before I get back, there is an automatic feeder that can be used for the cats, but I (and they) would appreciate if you can stay for the entirety of my absence.

Close to trendy and touristy Roma, this spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with a dedicated rooftop area is right in the heart of a market on Sundays. You will have everything you need in the kitchen to be able to cook meals, however, Mexico City has great and affordable food! So I will leave you with recommendations. There will be a Smart TV set up in your bedroom with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. There is also a squishy yoga mat at your disposal - take it to the rooftop! My home is in the Doctores area which has been gentrifying rapidly. Despite prior safety concerns, as a single woman living here, I have never had any issues or felt unsafe. People here are kind and helpful. It is near a hospital, so you will see people from all walks of life. That being said, I do Uber to and from wherever I am going at night to be safe. During the day, it's a 15-minute walk to Roma Norte which has trendy cafes and restaurants. Stephanie--and her friend Marcus--came for a short stay in the city with our two cats. They're friendly and took good care of our two friendly creatures. They seamlessly made themselves at home and were autonomous, which worked well for all involved. Everyone clearly had a good time and we recommend her.
