Needs and animals

2 Dogs

I have an Irish terrier and a GSD (alsatian) . The dogs have to be walked on leads as they like to follow their noses. I prefer that they go out twice a day for as far as you want to walk. They are very good on the lead
If the weather is very dry there are pots which will require watering.
I would prefer that you do not go out for longer than about 5 hours as it is unfair to the dogs.
The fish are fed daily.

House

My home is a 3 bedroom detatched bungalow within walking distance of the sea. At the rear of the property is a small garden with a koi carp pond, pretty raised BBQ area and a sunroom. It is lovely to have breakfast in the sunshine or an evening glass of wine listening to the waterfall and the wild birds. I have Wifi and tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

I have lots of CD's and quite a few DVD's for your enjoyment. It is lovely to sit on the terrace for breakfast, lunchtimes or in the evenings. As previously mentioned the tv has Amazon Prime, Netflix and all the Freeview stations. The Wifi has good speeds.
There is a BBQ available on the terrace.

It is very tranquil with lovely beaches and pretty villages and there is always somewhere to go.
There is a local Leisure centre with swimming pools, gym, badminton, spa and many classes.
There are lots of different restaurants and bars too. I have some brochures of places to visit for your enjoyment.

There are many places to visit from the Art galleries to the Ramsgate tunnels, beautiful beaches, there is something for everyone in the area, I never get tired of it. There are always things to do, from folk festivals, to celebrations of Dickens, to Dreamland.
