Animals with specific needs | 1 Cat

The cat is very old (20+ years); she is mobile but is not very active. She needs to let out (and back in) of the house occaisionally but there is also litter box. We would expect her to be fed & watered and cared for; house to be kept clean and secure. we would also request that outdoor plants be watered.
