Renovated detached Niçoise home with wonderful sea and mountain views on the hills of Nice. 12 minutes drive from the station in the centre of town. Lovely garden and outdoor spaces. Car park on property bus stop to town outside the drive.

The house is on the hills of Nice, so in a quiet and green residential area 15 minutes from the city centre. You need to take the car or public transport to go shopping or to restaurants as there are no pavements and it is steep. Rewarding as very peaceful gorgeous and relaxing green environment with lots of birds and sometimes wild life.
