Le Moulin Bertrand is an ancient walnut mill, now a 3-bedroom Bed and Breakfast with a swimming pool and a large garden. In the lounge there is a large stone mantelpiece with a woodburner, a library with Dutch, French and English language books and a grand piano. Dinner can be had on the terrace with a view of the garden, or in the art nouveau dining room.

We have a heated saltwater pool, open from April all through October.

Le Moulin Bertrand is situated in the countryside, but only 10 minutes by car from Ribérac, with its Friday market, its supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, doctor, pharmacy and vet.

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans un charmant moulin niché dans le Périgord en Dordogne. Ce qui rendait cette location unique . L'accueil de Gaby et Werner a été agréable . Les quatre chats et la poule sont très faciles à vivre. Cette équipe à poils et à plumes nous a bien tenue compagnie dans cet endroit bucolique. Nous avons pu apprécier le beau parc qui entoure la maison .

Gaby et Werner nous ont chaleureusement accueilli dans leur ancien moulin rénové et invité à leur table le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons profité d'une chambre très bien aménagée, dans un environnement calme. Les 4 chats sont très faciles à vivre. Idem pour les 4 poules. Nous recommandons vivement ces hôtes.

Wij hebben 2 weken op de poezen, kippen en huis van Gaby en Werner gepast. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, kregen een uitgebreide uitleg en rondtoer door het huis dat wij als zeer prettig hebben ervaren. Gaby en Werner zijn een uitstekende gastvrouw en gastheer. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij goed contact met hun via WhatsApp gehad. De poezen waren lief, benaderbaar en makkelijk in omgang. De Dordogne is een prachtige omgeving om te verblijven, mooie natuur en gezellige dorpjes, stadjes en markten. Wij hebben genoten van de gastvrije ontvangst, het prachtige huis, tuin en omgeving.
