Our two cats need to be fed twice a day (morning and evening) and their litter boxes need to be cleaned every day. The litter boxes are closed (cats access it through a flap), so there is no smell in the apartment. They have a water fountain that needs to be topped off now and then (every couple days).

Apartment located in small 4-unit building in Highland Park. The office can be turned into a 2nd bedroom with an inflatable mattress (full size). A/C, washer/dryer in unit + small private yard. 5 minutes walk from main street with cafes, restaurants, shops, movie theater, etc. 10 min walk from metro gold line station.

Highland Park is one of the trendiest neighborhood in LA with its cafes, unique shops, apothecaries, and old school movie theater and bowling alley. It is quiet and village-like, you would almost forget downtown LA is just a short subway ride away!

I didn't get the chance to meet Alexia, but she was very friendly over texts and told me all I needed to know about the cats and life in the neighbourhood. The apartment is fonctional and very nicely decorated. The cats are the cutest ! They're very friendly and affectionate, they like to play and cuddle. I will miss them !
