The cats need feeding twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The two cats that live on the ground floor are quite independent. The can go in and out whenever they like. The third cat, living on the first floor is only allowed out on the terrace and is not allowed to go downstairs or in the garden. It comes in during the night. During the day she asks to go out on the terrace from time to time.

Frank gave us a warm welcome to his home, inviting us to a pleasant meal. He clearly enjoys spending time in conversation with other people. His explanations on how best to look after his cats have been very helpful, and we are truly appreciative of the trust that he has put in us during his absence, especially given that the organisation of our stay at his home in the area of Antwerp was all planned ahead over a very short time before our arrival.
