Easy pets to look after. Corto needs a daily walk. The cat is independant and walk in and out from the basement. Just need to make sure he has food. Need to feed fishes daily.
The pets are used to be on their own so you can plan to visit the city duribg the day and come back to feed them and walk the dog. Sure you will enjoy the place.

The house is a typical duplex from Montreal, you will be in the ground floor appartment (with furnished basement) with access to patio and courtyard (with bbq, outside dining...). 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. On the main floor living room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and bedroom. In the basement 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath).

Enjoy this quiet neighbourhood and being between nature and city. 5mn from a beautiful walk by the St Laurent river. Bus to métro at 5mn walk.
