We have a Retriever cross breed, Bingo. We live very near the beach and he likes to go walking on the beach every day. He will need a short walk in the morning and then a longer walk in the afternoon. There is a lady who comes in to clean so no other duties are required other than being around to keep him company as he is used to a family and does not like being left on his own! Bingo is super easy (aged 8) but has had 2 leg operations so is not so speedy any more.

Comfortable 3 bed family house in marina with terrace and great views. Our house is in a great location right in the centre of the marina with parking outside. We are 5 mins to the nearest beach on foot and walking distance to the centre of the marina. The house is traditional in style with 2 terraces and 3 double bedrooms.

Sotogrande is an urbanisation next to the sea with great beaches and a busy marina. It has shops and the area our house is in is very quiet although its right on the water. There is a lot to do within an hour range including Marbella/Puerto Banus for shopping, for the more adventurous Tarifa and sightseeing to Ronda.

Tourism and Leisure

There are loads of things to do here other than going to the beach. We are 1 1/2 hours from Ronda; near great shops in Marbella and the port in Soto itself is very easy to spend time in. There is also riding, golfing, tennis and Padel on the doorstep.

If for organizational reason we were not able to meet with the owners, they sent us regularly request for information about Bingo and Pritzer. Both are extremely likeable, obedient, easy going and adorable. The house is extremely comfortable with a big garden, only three minutes drive from the beach.
