Needs and animals

Big garden | 1 Dog | 1 Cat

We have a black lab/shepherd mix and a black & white small outdoor cat. Dog is 2 years old and very active/friendly. Cat keeps to herself. Minimum 2x walks daily for dog and just letting cat in and out. Several plants in house. Taking in mail, cut grass 1x would be great but not mandatory. Dog okay alone for a few hours but not overnight.

Fruit trees in back yard. Rose bushes. Beautiful surroundings. Great kitchen. Spacious living room. Great outdoor space. Two large outdoor patios.

Very quiet and peaceful with vineyards around. Easy access to downtown. Bus is 10-15 min walk away depending on direction. Market is bus trip. Beautiful view from house. Lots of space and great kitchen.
