House-sitting in Gelles

Needs and animals

I expect from the house-sitter only that he/she takes care of the pets every day. This means once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening. We have a Border Collie who would love to have long walks but if this is not possible for the house-sitter, it will be ok for us as well. Our dog (Oreo) can be left alone in or around the house.
We also have a garden (permaculture), so the house-sitter can help himself with fresh vegetables :)
That is all, for the rest he just has to enjoy the region and relax :)

We leave only the 1th of July but we prefer to meet the housesitters before and we will be back on July 23th, so we also want that the housesitter stays one more day (only if possible).

Hi, we restored an old house, with a big garden. We have chicken, a dog, a cat, a donkey and a goat. The house is in a small village, approx. 10 minutes from the motorway and 40 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, which is the biggest city nearby. We can advise the house-sitter when he arrives depending on what he prefers.

Sylvie et Olivier sont des hôtes charmants et accueillants avec de très bons conseils afin de découvrir la région des puys. Les animaux sont très sympathiques et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Superbes randonnées et paysages magnifiques avec en plus le soleil qui était au rendez vous. Nous reviendrons en Auvergne avec plaisir.
