Needs and animals

Many plants | 3 Cats

We have three fluffy indoor cats that are allowed on the balcony but not outside of the apartment. They are used to being fed twice a day (7 a.m. and 7 p.m.) but can be left alone for up to 24 hours with food. There is a cat litter with a separate bin. Many plants, the ones on the balcony need to be watered every day in the summer.

I speak German and English fluently, please only apply if you speak either of these languages reasonably well so that we can communicate reliably - for example to arrange details of key pickup or to talk if any problems or questions arise.

House

We live on the fourth floor of a house from about 1890 in a historic und hip district of Dresden. There is a supermarket around the corner, and many opportunities for shopping and eating out in the area. There are also nice playgrounds nearby. Our home is very comfortable with two double and two single (bunk) beds as well as two foldout couches.
Very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment faces the train tracks on one side (where three of the bedrooms are), but the windows keep out most of the noise. One bedroom and a kitchen face the quiet back, and the kids frequently sleep on the balcony in the summer.
There is a full set of weights if you like weight training. We also have fast wifi, board games, puzzles, books (many of them in English), a projector + screen, a Nintendo Switch and a guitar.

Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

1 full bathroom, one separate toilet

Everything you might want to do in Dresden (museums, plays, the Semperoper, the river Elbe, the city itself) is within easy reach of the apartment via train, tram, bike or on foot. We have ventilators in all bedrooms.
