Pablo & Flor – Trusted and Experienced Pet & House Sitters
Hi there!
We’re Pablo and Flor, a traveling duo for several years now, currently exploring Europe. We both work in the wine industry and have experience living in different countries, adapting easily to new places and lifestyles. Our next work project will be in the UK starting mid-September, so we’re taking this time to enjoy some new experiences along the way.
We love the idea of spending time with pets. Animals bring a special kind of magic to daily life, and having the chance to care for one, even for a short while, is something we truly appreciate. We’re both kind, responsible, and genuinely committed to making pets feel safe, loved, and at ease.
We have been house and pet sitting since 2018, mainly in New Zealand, through Kiwihouse Sitters, Helpx, and Workaway. New Zealand is where we began our travel journey, and it still feels like home to us, even though we are originally from Argentina.
More recently, during August and September of this year in Europe, we did a house sit in Valencia, caring for a lovely 15-year-old dog, and we are now in Nuremberg, Germany, looking after a cat named Nala through Nomador.
Over the years, we’ve cared for many homes and animals as part of accommodation exchanges, and have developed a strong sense of care and attention to the unique routines of each home and pet.
We’ve looked after a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, sheep, alpacas, chickens, pigs, ponies, horses, and farm animals in general. We’re comfortable in both rural and urban settings and always do our best to adapt to what each space and animal needs.
If needed, we’d be happy to provide references from people whose homes and pets we’ve cared for.
We’re calm, respectful, organized, and take the responsibility of looking after someone’s home and furry (or feathered!) family members very seriously.
Our native language is Spanish, but we both speak English comfortably and are happy to communicate in either language.
We’d be happy to give you peace of mind while you’re away, knowing that your home is in good hands and your pets are well cared for.

Nous avons globalement été très satisfaits de l’accueil et du soin apporté à notre maison et à notre ferme. Les animaux ont été bien nourris et soignés, et nous avons retrouvé la maison très propre, avec de petites attentions appréciées comme des bougies et un tapis de yoga. Lorsqu’un de nos chats a eu un souci de santé, les house-sitters ont été très réactifs et sérieux, notamment pour la gestion du vétérinaire et des médicaments, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne la communication : nous aurions aimé recevoir davantage de nouvelles spontanées et de photos des animaux pendant le séjour, afin d’être plus rassurés à distance. Cela reste néanmoins une expérience positive, et nous les remercions pour le soin apporté à notre lieu et à nos animaux.

Pablo et Flor , sont arrivés à ma convenance un jour avant. Nous avons pu échanger et expliquer le besoin des animaux et de la maison. Nous avons facilement communiqué par watts app. Et la traduction était tout a fait correcte comme ils parlent Anglais. Nous avons échangé durant notre absence. Je leur ai également proposé de rester quelques jours de plus. Comme leur séjour suivant n est pas très loin de chez nous. A notre retour la maison et les animaux étaient biens nettoyés et tout était vraiment parfait 👌🏼 Un grand merci à ce couple que je recommande les yeux fermés .

Great! Nala was very chill & calm, when we came back, which is always a good sign for us. During our trip, Pablo updated us with info & photos of Nala. Additionally the house was very clean, when we came back. We really recommend Pablo and would always be happy to welcome him back!
