Ludivine and her adorable family were funny, charming and welcoming from the beginning. She is super laid back and helpful. Her house and property are so beautifully designed and landscaped, and still very functional and enjoyable. Her outdoor space feels like a resort with the jacuzzi and lighting and barbecue. Very zen and peaceful. Her gardens and greenhouse spoiled me with fresh vegetables like cucumber and red, orange, yellow and green tomatoes, purple string beans, zucchini, batavia, kale...a veritable rainbow! Her cute and sassy hens gave me fresh eggs as well. Earcut the cat was adorable and independent, but often gave me cuddles in bed, too. I loved the peaceful and natural setting of Hargeville and its surrounding villages. Getting around was so easy with the local bus stop just a few minutes walk away. All in all an amazing stay for my first non-Paris trip on Ile-de-France. Highly recommend!
