Mico & Asya, long-time natural health advocates and healthy gourmet food lovers, welcome you to our boutique organic farm and wellness center, specialising in natural living, plant-based wellness, natural healing, farm-to-table meals and eco-tourism.
Mico is a professional plant-based chef in Ecuador, having also worked back in the states and in Costa Rica, as well as consulting for a number of restaurants that wanted to expand their plant based menu. He is also certified in Detoxification and Cellular Regeneration and maintains a client practice teaching people how to detoxify and reset the body, heal themselves through diet, eliminate their need for prescription drugs and live a longer healthier lifestyle. He has worked with clients suffering from cancer, Crohns, Parkinsons, MS, fibromyalgia, IBS, allergies, candida, diabetes and much more.
Asya has lived and traveled in over 40 countries around the world. She is the founder of both Vibrant Living Therapies, a formerly Seattle-based natural health and bodywork practice, and Finca Oasis Verde, the ecological permaculture farm here in the beautiful Andes mountains of Ecuador. She is passionate about natural health and wellness, sustainable living, travel and languages.
Together Asya and Mico created Finca Oasis Verde Organic Farm & Wellness Center, but the pursuit of raising the level of our gourmet restaurant game is causing us to move to the city of Cuenca and leave our Finca in the hands of other nature-lovers. We used to facilitate and host wellness clients, provide farm-to table gourmet plant-based meals, and offer therapeutic services including massage, PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) therapy, Ionic Foot Detox therapy, dietary/health consulting, adventure dining and volunteer programs. We both love to travel and to meet new people from around the world.
