My partner Geoff and I are both artists and our bases are Sydney - Australia and Navacelles - France. We've been on artist residencies and travelling overseas taking on a lot of house and pet sitting assignments since 2010 through various websites(we were members of Housecarers.com, then Trustedhousesitters.com and now Nomador.
- I, (Kristine-65) was born in France and migrated to Sydney in 1989. I graduated from one of the top French business schools in 1981 (EM Lyon) and started a corporate life in Sydney. However, I changed direction in 1999, when I became a fine art student in Sydney for 3 years. I have been practising art ever since. My whole family lives in France.
- Geoff (74) was born in Sydney. He also holds a British passport, which allows him to spend unlimited time in Europe. Geoff started in life as a lawyer in Sydney but after five years gave it up to pursue an art practice. He has been teaching art at Sydney University and various art institutions in Sydney to support his art practice.
We both have extensive experience in building renovation and are very fit young retirees.
- We have been sharing life and our passion for art and travel over the last 25 years and, although we both love Sydney where I own investment units, we enjoy living in different places to fuel our inspiration.
Over the past 20 years, we've travelled a lot, producing artwork in Italy, working and exhibiting in France (Paris) and Vietnam (Hanoi and Hue), as well as visiting many other countries including China, India, Morocco, Cambodia, Chile, Bolivia, Belize and the cities of London and New York. We have house sat in Greece, Italy, Vietnam, Spain, France and Australia.
Given our respective ages, I can say that we are mature, experienced, resourceful, responsible and we assure you that your home, garden and your pets will be loved in our care.

Quelle BELLE rencontre nous fîmes à Navacelles !!! Notre séjour dans ce beau petit village typique de la région cévenole aux confins du Gard et Ardèche fût des plus agréable ! Une belle maison ancienne restaurée avec goût , très apaisante où rien ne manque ,tout y est en bonne place. Le tout est agrémenté d'un remarquable jardin potager mais où les fleurs en nombre agrémentent cet écrin de verdure en pays de maquis et garrigue. S'offrirent à nous moults possibilités de randonnées pédestres, d'itinéraires à vélo, et visites de nombreux sites culturels.... Même s'il n'existe pas encore (cela ne saurait tarder) de commerce dans ce petit village aux pierres chargées d'histoire, vous trouverez tout pour aiguiser vos papilles à quelques encâblures de la magnanerie. Kristine et Geoff sont assurément des hôtes adorables, des "pros" du home-sitting , aux conseils avisés tant leurs expériences font valoir!! Vraiment nous recommandons plus que vivement Kristine et Geoff!!! Allez y les yeux fermés (ou presque) !!! C'est un ravissement!!!
