As a family
We're a Ukrainian-Russian couple who've made Berlin our home for the past eight years, and we've long believed that the best life happens somewhere between city energy and open skies. This year our little crew grew — we have Maya, our spirited four-year-old, and Nina, born this past April — so we're on the hunt for exactly the kind of grounded, nature-filled pause that house sitting offers.
Nikita is a software engineer with a parallel life as a gestalt therapy student — equal parts logical and curious about what makes people tick. Ksenia is a family photographer with roots in photojournalism, currently finishing her master's thesis in public governance. Between the two of us, we bring a mix of calm reliability and genuine attention to the world around us.
Animals have always been part of our story. Ksenia grew up with dogs; Nikita has kept cats, spiders, fish, hamsters, and even a pair of ferrets — so very little will catch us off guard. We're comfortable with all kinds of personalities, four-legged or otherwise.
We also have hands-on experience with gardens from our years of tending a plot of land in Ukraine, and we're happy to keep things growing while you're away.
What we're looking for is simple: fresh air, space for the kids to roam, and the chance to live slowly for a while. In return, your home and animals will be treated with the same care we'd want for our own.

Nous avons fait notre 1ère expérience avec Nomador en confiant notre maison et notre chat à Ksenia et Nikita ( et leur adorable petite fille de 7 mois, Maya) pendant 2 semaines. Ils sont très agréables, fiables, et nous ont envoyé fréquemment des nouvelles et des photos de notre chat. Cela nous a permis de passer des vacances en ayant l'esprit complètement libre, en toute confiance. La communication ( en anglais) s'est faite sans aucun problème.

La communication avec Ksenia et Nikita a été très claire dès le début. Je n'ai eu aucun problème à leur faire confiance. Sympathiques et attentionnés, les chats les ont adopté immédiatement. Nous avons reçus des nouvelles et des photos sympas qui nous ont amusé et émerveillé, pendant les vacances, et avons récupéré la maison dans l'état initial; et le jardin, amélioré par leurs soins. En bonus, bébé Maya est absolument adorable. Une chouette famille que nous avons été heureux de rencontrer (trop) brièvement.
