I am Scottish and a part time teacher of physical education and planning to retire in the next year. My partner Lucien who is a podiatrist and I, love to travel and do so at every opportunity. We are in our late 50's and are very active and love the outdoors. We have travelled to both Paris and Rome to run marathons. We are both pet lovers and owners. I currently have a cat called Rory and have had dogs and have also done some paid dog walking. We have travelled extensively in France, camping, skiing and canoeing and also in the Greek islands where we have a second home.

Très belle rencontre avec Jillian et Lucien. Nous avons eu quotidiennement des nouvelles des animaux avec des photos. Jillian et Lucien ont bien respecté "les infos" concernant nos animaux, le jardin et la maison. Merci Lucien qui a su gérer l'arrosage du jardin, malgré la "canicule", Nous avons apprécié notre échange autour du repas la veille de notre départ. Nous recommandons Jillian et Lucien.

Gourock is a wonderful place, and Jillian's apartment is very cozy and clean. Rory is an older, easy-going cat who will quickly win your heart. Communication with Jillian is excellent and friendly. If you're planning a trip to Scotland, I highly recommend Rory, Jillisn and Gourock!
