We are in our “empty nest” era! The last of our three children is now in her 3rd year of university. We love to travel and meet new people and their sweet animals. We live on the western edge of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN) on 5 acres with 2 horses (Meribel & Eregon), a big Great Pyrenees-cross dog(Maisy), a sweet Jack Russel (Teddy), and a cat(Hello Kitty).
I’m the owner of a gardening business (appropriately named, Fleur) focusing on annual plantings and perennial garden design/installation & maintenance. I tend to some very lovely, large residential estates along Lake Minnetonka. I’m also a life-long horse gal—United States Pony Club C1 level, rode with the Long Lake Hounds foxhunt, rode on my university equestrian team in college, and still love a relaxing ride on the weekend. My husband, Ned, owns a residential remodelling business and loves to tinker with projects. During the winter months, we own & direct a women's alpine ski school (Ski-Away, Inc.). We have been ski instructors for 30+ years! We have busy yet flexible lives and would love to meet you, your darling pets, and take care of your home and gardens!
P.S. about previous house sits... we have spent the past two (2) years housesitting during the month of September for a wonderful family in Joinville le Pont (they are dear to our heart and we call them "our French Family"!). Sadly, they will not be travelling in 2025. We absolutely love their dog and cats as if they were our own. Though we are Americans, we feel very comfortable with life and the routines in Paris.
P.S.S. about languages … my father was from Germany, spoke German while growing up, and I am a dual citizen. I took French in college. I ❤️ both languages but am only conversational… I give it a very, very good effort though 😂

Lezlie is a very nice and interesting person, turned to others with open ideas and attached to the same values than me .The contact is very easy and everything during her stay with Isabelle, her daughter , was fine; They take care very gently of Olan the cat , and he fell very happy from his week . (just he dissent make progress in speaking English ...)I hope we keep contact !
