Leonardo and Isabel are a trustworthy and reliable couple who took impeccable care of both our home and our animals. From our very first call, they conveyed a strong sense of professionalism and gave us complete peace of mind that everything would be in good hands. They clearly have great experience with dogs: in fact, on their very first day they had an unpleasant encounter with a neighbour’s dog and handled the situation calmly and confidently. They stayed in our house for a full month, and throughout that time everything ran smoothly. When our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled due to the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East, they were supportive, and stepped in to help us manage a difficult situation. They took our dogs to a local dog residency and ensured that our cat and chickens had enough food and water until our friends could arrive. We’re truly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Isabel and Leonardo took care of my animals and home for six weeks, and they were very responsive and concerned towards all the animals. They were attentive to anything that comes up in daily life, repotted my tomato seedlings when they got too crowded, removed a tick from one of the cats, took the time to earn the trust of my rabbit, and were playful with the cat that needs a lot of interaction. And many other things, they were attentive even to my fish in the pond and the wild birds in the yard. Isabel and Leonardo sent photos and videos of the animals during the stay and gave me updates, I felt confident that my pets were in loving and capable hands. Isabel and Leonardo are very warm and friendly people to meet and communicate with, and when I came back from my long journey the house was spotless clean and tidy, the animals content and it was such a pleasure to come home. I wholeheartedly recommend Isabel and Leonardo as house and pet sitters, and I would feel lucky to have them housesit again. (and so would my animals :) )

Au premier appel téléphonique en vidéo, je me suis senti en parfaite harmonie et confiance avec Léonardo et Isabelle. Les premiers contacts physiques chez moi ont confirmé que j'étais tombé sur des personnes parfaites, sympathiques, chaleureuses. J'ai laissé mon chien Nicky en excellente compagnie et je savais qu'il allait être bien soigné, ce qui fut le cas. Isabel and Leonardo are wonderful people who looked after my house and took care of my cat Baruk for a month. When I returned, the house was spotless and my cat seemed happy, he was even in better shape than when I left him! On top of that, Leonardo grew lots of plants on my window with his super green thumb! We stayed in touch very regularly and I felt completely reassured from the first days. Thanks to Nomador for introducing me to people like isa and Leo, I hope we stay in touch and see each other again very soon!
