I'm from Tours and I'm a freelance translator. I lived abroad for over 20 years but came back to France just before Covid. Since then, I've been clearing out my apartment and looking after my friends' pets while they're on vacation. Whether it was in Normandy, where I spent a month looking after a friend's cat while she was visiting her mother in the USA, or even, where I looked after two Belgian Malinois and three cats for two weeks, I get a lot of pleasure from helping out and spending time with animals.
With Nomador, I spend 2 weeks last Xmas (2024) in London, almost a month in Bordeaux and very recently 4 weeks in Göteborg. All great experiences :)
I don't have any pet right now because I live in an appartment and I would rather wait till I am in a house again.

Je suis de Tours et je suis traducteur freelance. J'ai vécu à l'étranger pendant plus de 20 ans mais je suis revenu en France juste avant le Covid. Depuis, je vide mon appartement et je m'occupe des animaux de compagnie de mes amis quand ils sont en vacances. Que ce soit en Normandie où je suis resté un mois pour m'occuper du chat d'une amie partie rendre visite à sa mère aux États-Unis ou même à Tours quand je me suis occupé de deux Malinois belges et de trois chats pendant 2 semaines, je prends un grand plaisir à rendre service et passer du temps avec des animaux.
Mes expériences via Nomador ont eu pour cadre Londres, Bordeaux et en décembre 2025 à Göteborg en Suède. 3 expériences très différentes, très agréables et toujours avec un minimum de 2 semaines.
Je n'ai pas d'animal de compagnie en ce moment car je suis en appartement et je préfère attendre d'être à nouveau dans une maison.

Soy de Tours donde se encuentra el valle del Loira. He vivido en el extranjero durante más de 20 años, pero regresé a Francia justo antes del Covid. Desde entonces, he estado vaciando mi apartamento y cuidando las mascotas de mis amigos cuando están de vacaciones. Ya sea en Normandía cuando cuidé el gato de una amiga que visitaba a su madre en los USA o incluso en Tours misma donde cuido de los animales de mis amigos, siempre es un placer ayudar y pasar tiempo con sus bichitos .
Mis experiencias con Nomador? Londres, Burdeos y muy recientemente Göteborg en Suecia. ¡Las 3 geniales!
No tengo mascota en este momento porque vivo en un piso y prefiero esperar hasta tener una casa otra vez.

I was lucky enough to have Christophe cat-sit for me again, and the experience was once again excellent. He even brought some French cat treats, which was such a thoughtful gesture (and my cats absolutely loved them!). He kept me regularly updated, and when I came back home my cats were relaxed and happy. And just like last time, he left my flat spotless! 😊 Thanks Christophe!

Christophe was a lovely house and pet sitter. He is very kind and friendly and curious about the cats and plants as well as the culture in the city. He made very good progress with the cats and they seemed to mutually enjoy each other's company. He is very communicative and will send an update daily and is very thorough with his care. And he left my apartment in great condition also. Both cats and plants were happy :) highly recommend!

Christophe a passé plus de deux semaines a la maison cet été et a été un excellent home et cat-sitter ! Des échanges avant sa venue, aux échanges pendant son séjour, tout a été très fluide et nous n'avions aucun doute quant aux bons soins apportés à la maison, au jardin, et à notre chatte Belaïa. Et le retour à la maison a été très agréable, Christophe n'était plus là mais il nous a accueilli très chaleureusement malgré tout ! Au plaisir d'un prochain séjour, avec espérons le un planning moins chargé et la possibilité de partager un moment ensemble. Merci Christophe :)).

Christophe was one of the best cat sitters I've ever had. His communication before the stay was excellent, keeping in touch frequently to ensure everything was clear. He even arrived the day before my trip to avoid any stress, which I really appreciated. Throughout my time away, he sent daily updates and followed my instructions perfectly. Christophe is friendly and polite, which made me feel even more comfortable leaving my cats in his care. One of my cats can be quite shy and initially disappeared for hours, but Christophe's patience and care paid off—by the end of his stay, she was even sleeping next to him! I was especially impressed by how observant he was, noticing subtle details about their behavior that I'd never even picked up on. I returned to a spotless flat and two very happy cats. I can't recommend Christophe enough and will not hesitate to invite him to cat sit for me again in the future!
