We had a wonderful house-sitting experience in Emmetten taking care of Sven and Larissa’s three wonderful cats over the Christmas holidays. Larissa was our main point of contact and she was extremely responsive from the very beginning, I immediately had a great feeling. Both Sven and Larissa are truly lovely, very welcoming and kind. The apartment is warm, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. As for the cats, they are simply the sweetest and most sociable cats we’ve ever looked after: independent, relaxed and incredibly cuddly at the same time. Absolutely perfect for our cosy Christmas holiday 🐾🎄 Everything was thoughtfully organised: clear and detailed instructions, little thoughtful touches, and great tips for things to do and see in the area. There are plenty of beautiful hikes and ski resorts nearby, making the location ideal for nature lovers. One thing to keep in mind is that the cost of living in Switzerland is high, but the experience was more than worth it. We would highly recommend this house-sit without hesitation!

We had a great time in this cosy home, looking after Lilli and the cats! They are very lovable and we enjoyed going on walks with the dog and seeing the beautiful landscape in Emmetten. Larissa and Sven gave us all the information we needed and more - thank you for your hospitality and trusting us with your furry friends! :)
