As a couple/duo
We are an Australian couple in our thirties and are currently on a career break. We are new to this platform but have lots of experience house and pet sitting - most recently we have been using a different platform to Nomador and have excellent 5 star reviews (which I would be happy to share with you!). We are currently travelling around Western Europe. We have been travelling since December 2024 and have been to many countries in Asia and Europe.
We really enjoy meeting people and their pets and spending quality time with animals. We are extremely courteous, clean, and tidy. We are non smokers and have the upmost respect for other people's homes and pets and treat them as if they were our own.
Back in reality, I am an environmental scientist and project manager working with threatened animals and plants to work towards their conservation. Darcy is a speech pathologist with a speciality in rehabilitation, he is extremely passionate about his work and cares deeply about his patients.
From my job, I have a lot of experience handling random animals as well (such as sugar gliders, wombats, wallabies, lizards, birds, fish, frogs and snakes!.
Our main interests and hobbies are walks and hikes, swimming (we love the ocean!), food, cooking, good wine, art and history. Darcy is also a very talented musician who plays guitar. I am not musically talented but I can make a great loaf of sourdough!

Nürnberg, Germany - December 2025
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sarah & Darcy! First things first: our cat princess Nala felt comfortable with them right away (usually she needs some time to get used to other people). We received photos & videos all the time showing Nala completely relaxed around Sarah & Darcy - allowing us to be relaxed as well. Furthermore, everything from contact, organization, ... went really smooth & easy. And when we came back, we found a happy cat and a tidy clean house. Overall we've been very happy about Sarah & Darcy taking care of Nala & the house - they are welcome every time again!

Sarah and Darcy were incredibly friendly, easy-going people. They looked after our cat and our flat brilliantly and when we returned Cleo was very relaxed and obviously had received a lot of attention and love. They kept us informed with regular pictures and videos and our flat was very clean and tidy. We couldnt recommend them enough to look after your pets and home. Thanks again, Sarah and Darcy!
