I am so grateful our paths crossed Nela's and that she could come to our place for more than two weeks. The experience couldn't have been more positive! Nela has all the qualities you can expect from a great pet sitter: she loves animals (really), she is flexible, easy to communicate with, friendly, respectful and responsible. She sent me news every day along with beautiful pictures, explaining how the cats were doing and expressing any potential concerns or questions. She left the house in perfect state and explained everything to the friend who came to stay when she left. Lucky you if you have the chance to have Nela looking after your house/plants/animals, you're in good hands ;)
