We spent a very nice time at Cristina’s house. The house is comfortable, clean and tidy. It is also very calm. It has a nice garden and a big conservatory which one can really enjoy and relax in. Louie loves this very bright and sunny place. Louie is an old "gentleman" (20 years old) who needs daily medication. He is very sweet and easy to cope with. He likes to go out and lay under the bench when the weather is sunny, but he sleeps most of the time. Cristina hosted us with a nice dinner the evening before her departure and showed us around the local shops and cafés. Her guidebook is easy to understand, and she gave us additional explanations. Moreover, she introduced us to one of her immediate neighbors, should we have any issues. Communication was good both before and during our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in St Leonards. We were able to cycle along the seashore in Hastings and Bexhill, and we visited many interesting historical places, lovely castles, and gardens with the National Trust Explorer pass. We thank Cristina for having us stay in her home and for trusting us. We wish her all the best and a lovely summer!

Cristina is a very special Lady, endowed with charming intuition, naturally caring, kind and hospitable, so easy to go along with. Not to forget her funny and entertaining side. Unfortunately her Marvin has left for the cat paradise before I arrived, so it was only her sweet Louie. Louie is an incredible charmer. His age didn’t affect his beautiful silk black coat with white tuxedos and his beautiful green eyes. Louie enjoys his brushing greatly, just show him a brush and he will come immediately. He is not really a lap cat, but he came on my knees, if he wanted to communicate and he loves laying very close to the side and always ready for cuddling and massaging. Louie is well-mannered and wise. He copes amazingly with his loss of hearing and I have an impression than he can read the lips. It is impressive how clean he is and how accurate he eats. Louie was my perfect little companion during 2 weeks and I have enjoyed my time with him very much. As well as I enjoyed the very cosy, comfortable and beautiful house of Cristina, the lovely daffodils and camellia in the garden. I will be always happy to meet Cristina and Louie again.

Nous avons passé d'excellents moments avec Cristina en premier lieu et avec Marvin et Louis durant tout le séjour. Cristina est une hôte de qualité : communication fluide, accueil à la gare à St Léonard, partage d'un repas ensemble. Elle nous a emmené faire les courses et nous a fait une visite des alentours. Nous avons passé une nuit dans sa maison avec elle, la veille de son départ. Marvin et Louis sont 2 chats dans la force de l'âge qui sont adorables : Louis est plutôt indépendant et vient vers vous quand il veut pour des carresses. Marvin est beaucoup plus sociable et peut-être parfois coquin et imprévisible. Il communique également beaucoup et il nous a beaucoup fait rire. Nous avons envoyé des nouvelles quotidiennement à sa maman avec photos et vidéos. Nous avons suivi scrupuleusement les soins à administrer à Louis et Marvin grâce aux explications très claires transmises par Cristina. En écrivant ce post, j'ai le cœur ❤️ gros car sa maman nous a prévenu que Marvin est devenu un petit ange le 06/01 et qu'il a rejoint le paradis des chats. Toutes nos pensées sont avec Cristina qui est une personne formidable en tout point. Très accueillante et qui s'occupe très bien de ses bébés. Sa maison est chaleureuse et spacieuse dans une très jolie ville anglaise en bord de mer où tout peut se faire à pied. On embrasse Cristina très fort.

I had a wonderful time in Cristina's house and with the two cats. I felt a very warm welcome from her as soon as I arrived. She's a really good person full of kindness and generosity. All was perfect, the house was very confortable with everything you need. The boys were so affectionate and adorable. I really enjoyed taking care of them and I'll miss them! Thank you for your trust Cristina and take care!
