Jules, Christina, Gus, Frank & Wallace This sit was absolutely fantastic! A1! I had a great rapport with Jules even before we met. He's very switched on and easy going at the same time. The handover was informal and very informative. We enjoyed a couple of beers and had a very nice evening! Gus is a very photogenic, almost pure French Bulldog, who apparently isn't always the best behaved dog in the world. I really took to him and he warmed to me quietly, quickly and easily. Maybe it was me… maybe it was the treats! Frank, who looks like a Turkish Angora is one of the most elegant cat's I have ever met. He's getting on a tiny bit now but still gets energetic and excited by some of the great toys he's got. Wallis is a young, beautiful ginger and white cat who's so lovely and so very friendly (once he's decided to emerge from under the sofa)! We set up a WhatsApp group so I could share pics and ask any questions we might have. It was ideal. I was able to capture some great pictures of all of the family with ease and it was a joy to share and communicate with both Jules and Christina. They're a lovely couple who clearly care a lot about their pets and their pet sitters! Our sit was for a month. The house is great, well laid out, very spacious and super comfortable. It has a great pool in the garden which was almost always the right temperature for a quick… or a long dip! Hoi An itself was so perfect for us that Kayla and I are seriously considering moving there! So many great vegetarian (me) and Vietnamese (her) restaurants, so close to nice beaches. Plus now we already have friends in the neighbourhood! We will jump at the chance to sit here again! So in summary you as long as you’re good with humans, dogs and cats you definitely want this sit but you’re probably going to have to fight us for it so make an effort with your application!
