I had a great experience with Muriel. Although we couldnāt meet in person due to our different schedules, she was in constant communication throughout her stay and I found both Leone and the apartment in excellent condition upon my return. She was very well organised, autonomous, and responsible. It was her first time in Sarajevo, yet she managed everything flawlessly ā from meeting my friend to collect the apartment keys to anticipating all my requests, including cleaning Leoneās litter box, watering the plants, and keeping me regularly updated so I could fully enjoy my Christmas holidays without worry. She even left a few small thoughtful gifts for me when I returned, which was incredibly kind. I would definitely recommend Muriel and truly hope she can come back to stay with us again one day.
