Hi! My name is Alba and I’m a biologist specialized in ecology. I work in scientific research, which has allowed me to spend a lot of time in nature and develop a deep sensitivity towards animals and their well-being. I especially love dogs and cats, but I don’t live with any at the moment because I believe it’s not responsible to adopt one if I can’t offer them the time and space they truly deserve.
That’s why house sitting feels like a wonderful way to spend time with animals, care for them as if they were my own, and help others travel with peace of mind.
I’m a calm, reliable and tidy person. In my work I do fieldwork and also take care of administrative and organizational tasks, so I adapt easily to new environments and routines. I’m used to respecting spaces that are not my own and I always make sure to leave everything just as I found it (or even better!).
If you trust me to take care of your home and your furry companions, I promise they’ll be in good hands.

Alba was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of Chloe, our home, and our plants, and she was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and friendly throughout her stay. We felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such good hands. We would happily welcome her back anytime :) It was also lovely to see how much she seemed to enjoy the area and the city!
