We had wonderful experience at Dominique's place! The home was spacious and cozy, well organized, and easy to care for. Dominique made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay including lots of fire wood. On arrival we had some baked goods and a prepared meal and fresh bread!! We took care of an outdoor cat named Silex whom I fell in love with. Silex is such a friendly cat and my small dog enjoyed the company! The surrounding area is very serene and private and we felt at home and were so comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful French country side. There are some really lovely towns close by like Sancerre with so many wineries and historical downtowns to visit. The area of the Loire has many chateaux's to visit which we did and some very nice restaurants. The Loire river is just beautiful and if you can visit the famous canals and locks in Chatillion sur Loire. Dominique is so friendly and communicates with you for anything in English if you don't speak French. This was one of our best sits and the entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable and we would highly recommend her home and pets. There is also a lovely dog as well but we just took care of the cat.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique’s home! The location is in the middle of nowhere, which makes it perfect for anyone seeking peace and nature – we absolutely loved it! George is such a friendly dog – she enjoyed cuddles, long walks, and got along instantly with our dog Samy. It was a joy to see them together. Communication with Dominique was also amazing – warm, kind, and very hospitable. We felt truly welcome from the very beginning. Thank you so much for everything – we can highly recommend!
