Nice to meet you, I'm Michael from Belgium!
I’ve spent my life surrounded by animals, from growing up with cats and fish to working with farm animals like horses and sheep through Workaway.
For me, caring for animals isn't just a responsibility, it’s something I’ve always done and truly enjoy. Cats are the very best, in my opinion. :)
I love traveling, discovering new cultures and meeting people from different backgrounds. When I’m not on the move, I’m usually outdoors walking or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.
I have a mix of academic background and "hands-on" experience. Since I work remotely as a software accountmanager, I can be flexible when it comes to dates and locations. I speak English, Dutch and French, and don't smoke.
Can my profile interest you? Feel free to send me a message if I can help you!
Kind regards,
Michael

Hettange-Grande, France - October 2026
Michael arrived and stayed as scheduled. Very friendly and respectful. He gave me regular updates regarding my cat without having to ask for it, thank you ! Would totally recommend him.
Uppsala, Sweden - July 2026
He had a good relationship with the cats. We have one that can be a bit nervous and shy with people and she warmed up quickly to him. He sent us regular pictures and our cats were very content and showed no signs of stress when we got back. The apartment was clean and everything well cared for. It was a very good experience for us!
Bonnevaux, France - June 2026
Michael a été très attentionné avec notre chat, et a laissé notre appartement propre et bien rangé. Il nous envoyait régulièrement des nouvelles et photos de Lao, la communication a été très fluide. Nous le recommandons vivement !
