Hi, I am a fifty-something year old with an empty nest so am now keen to explore outside my own backyard!
I love animals and grew up on a farm so am happy dealing with farm animals as well as house pets.
I love to be outdoors and enjoy gardening, so always happy to do some if needed.
Inside, I like to read and knit...usually with a cat or two snuggled up beside me. Happy to have a dog as well 😊
I enjoy meeting new people and exploring new areas and cultures. I am tidy, respectful and, as a house owner myself, know the trust it requires to let someone look after your property. I am trustworthy and responsible and previous housesitters have all stated they would have me return for future housesits.

Jeanette was absolutely brilliant. She is a lovely, really friendly person who is very respectful about your house and privacy. She was an a delight to get to know. A very interesting lady! Skye was obviously very happy and well looked after. Jeanette sent pictures and kept us informed all the time about Skye. Jeanette also cared really well for my garden and indoor plants and the house was lovely and clean when we returned. I highly recommend Jeanette and I wish her good luck in her future house sits and travels. Also hope she comes back to look after Skye again!
