Originally from Montréal, Québec, Canada, I’ve lived in the U.S. for 30+ years, practicing Law in San Diego (1996-1999) and Seattle (1999-2004). I left the legal field in my mid 30s to raise two wonderful children (now in college), then worked part-time as a Real Estate Broker with Sotheby’s Int’l Realty here in Seattle. I love to travel, enjoy photography, gardening, long walks with friends, museums, documentaries and of course caring for animals. Over the past 4 years, I’ve house-sat and pet-sat for a prominent La Jolla, CA family, caring for 4 small dogs and a very large home. I just completed this summer 2 Nomador (website) dog sitting / house sitting gigs to great reviews “Gold Star” and “Five Star”. I bring empathy, respect, and a sense of adventure to every stay. I will care for your animals, your plants and your home in the same way I would for mine.

Sophie’s stay went great! She left my apartment in perfect condition, she was communicative before and during the trip, and she took great care of Prancer who absolutely loved her! I’d welcome her back anytime! Thank you, Sophie!!!
