Yvonne

Yvonne and Peter made us feel welcome the moment we arrived and treated us to a home-cooked vegan meal, which we really appreciated. The house is spacious and cozy, leaving plenty of room for every need. They were also kind to leave us the use of their car, which was a big help. The area is very idyllic and very Swiss, near the Capital City Bern as well as the Gantrisch National Park - which is great in Winter and Summer alike. The communication was swift and easy and we hope that our paths one day might cross again.

We had an excellent experience at Yvonne and Peter's house. They are very kind and gentle. Their house is located in a super quiet place, which allows you to rest and relax. It was very clean when we arrived and has everything you need! They have a beautiful garden. Coffee, the cat, is adorable! Very loving, independent, and easy to take care of. We enjoyed her company very much. We thank Yvonne and Peter for their trust, it has been very nice to meet them.

Yvonne and Peter are the kind of people that one dreams of meeting while travelling. They are kind, peaceful, generous, and open-minded. Their house is near a very small Bernese town, Zimmerwald, and it’s surrounded with stunning views of the Swiss mountains. The house is beautiful, spacious, decorated with small details from their many trips around the world, and it has a nice garden, which is Yvonne’s little treasure. Coffee, their cat, is the sweetest pet I’ve ever taken care of! She likes to stay almost the whole day outside, but she won’t miss her petting session in the evening and in the morning. I really enjoyed staying in Yvonne and Peter’s house. They welcomed me in a very nice way, they left everything organized and very clean, and they were very helpful when I needed something.
