Mon séjour chez Olivia s'est super bien passé en compagnie de Loupiot et Achille. 2 chats super sympa, Loupiot, le plus âgé, est un bon pépère que la présence de Achille, tout jeune, dynamise. Le logement de Olivia est très proche d'un très beau marché et assez proche du centre ville, donc très bien situé. Durant mon séjour Olivia et moi sommes restées en contact. Je recommande la garde de ses 2 chats

I had a wonderful stay at Olivia's place and loved to take care of her cats. Both cats are extremely cute and adorable, the male cat became my friend immediately, the female cat took her time (she was shy in the beginning) but after a few days, she gained confidence and then became my cuddly friend too. So, very quickly the cats et moi became a really nice family. Olivia's flat is lovely and has everything you need. Since I had time to explore the area, I came to love it. It's the real Paris, cute restaurants, super nice little quarters to enjoy - the Tram is two minutes away, the metro just a short walk. There is a green little park outside where elderly people play pétanque. Adorable. Long story short: I have a great time and just loved it!

Olivia is a delightful host, kind and welcoming. We had a rather rushed handover but everything went very smoothly, and we stayed in frequent contact while she and her adorable daughter spent the summer holidays at her family home in Loire. The cats are good company and easy to care for - Loupiot playful and friendly, a fearless explorer (of window ledges and the stairwell if he gets half a chance;), Luciole more timid and nervous around strangers at first, but once she gets used to you she is quietly affectionate. The apartment is cozy, good for one person, nicely furnished and in a pleasant neighbourhood. BTW, for non-francophone sitters this is a great option as Olivia speaks perfect English! Thank you for everything dear Olivia, hope I can come back again some day:)

Olivia is a perfect example of the benefits of house-sitting; she loves her country and city and really wants to have others take delight and grow from the experience of being 'here'. She welcomed me with open arms and continued to be an astonishing hostess after her taking leave, periodically checking in, offering suggestions and helping. She has a subscription with organic vegetables to be picked up each Thursday - so much beautiful food I wound up making ratatouille and gazpacho and freezing it for her use! Felt much more like a reunion of old friends than a house-sit and that is really what 'this' should be about. J'adore Olivia, wonderful experience.
