I am a solo traveler in my 50s from Montana, USA. A few years ago I sold my food distribution business and now work seasonally, most recently in Antarctica. I enjoy traveling slowly, taking the time to really know a place and its people. I am reliable and honest, have a good sense of humor, and generally live life with a smile. Although I do not have my own pets, I have house-sat for extended periods of time for friends and family with cats, dogs, chickens, birds, and fish. I have a background in farming and landscaping, so am happy to take care of the garden and house plants as well. I have also traveled multiple times via Workaway, providing work (gardening, housekeeping, hospitality services) for hosts in exchange for room/board. I enjoy nature and all things science, cooking, music, reading, and learning as much as possible about this big, wide world.
