Although originally from England, I have now lived in Spain for more than 30 years. I have two lovely, independent adult children both born and raised in Barcelona.
I have 10 years’ experience as a multilingual wedding celebrant (www.theweddingman.eu) and have conducted 400+ ceremonies for happy couples from 40+ countries.
As well as celebrating love stories under the Mediterranean sun, I have spent the last 20 years as the founder and director of an educational theatre company producing original plays and videos in English for language learners across Spain and Portugal.

Outside of work, I’m a fairly normal creature: I love reading, watching films, listening to music, playing guitar, visiting expos and being a member of a choir. I like to keep myself fit and active... I cycle everywhere in Barcelona and take regular dips in the sea, play football, go running and am an enthusiastic, if unskilled, kickboxing student.
I consider myself very lucky to live near the sea and have two fun and fulfilling jobs that I love doing… and now, through house-sitting, to combine all that with another great pleasure — offering myself to care for pets and homes as if they were my own.
