L'appartement comporte une grande chambre, un salon avec canapé-lit (qui peut servir de seconde chambre), une petite cuisine séparée, une salle de bain. Le lave-linge, partagé, se trouve au sous-sol. Son principal atout est la proximité avec le lac et ses plages. Il est aussi à deux pas de la gare, et proche du centre. En revanche, il n'y a pas de parking gratuit à disposition. Je peux éventuellement prêter un vélo, et les transports en commun sont très nombreux.

L'appartement se situe à 10mn et la gare et 5mn du lac Léman, et de la plage du Bain des Pâquis. Le quartier peut être un peu bruyant, mais les fenêtres sont complètement isolantes lorsqu'elles sont fermées. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Genève (le jet d'eau, la vieille ville, les musées...) ainsi que les environs : le Jura (facilement accessible en train), les Alpes, les villes de Suisse romande...
