Needs and animals

Many plants | 2 Cats

Momo the cat is a low maintenance cat who mostly requires food, snacks and cuddles (when she requests). The apartment has many plants which needs some watering approx once a week with care.

Pabu is a cuddly boy who is low maintenance but still getting used to his new home and has some dietary needs.

Pabu takes Zyklene with his meals every few days and has a mix between Latz and a special digestive pate and both of cats meals should be watered down a little so they get their hydration. The bedroom should be closed to the cats at all times due to Pabu still adjusting to the home.

In general: food cannot be left out including dirty dishes as it will all end up in Pabu's belly. Including food in plastic packaging or even a carton of eggs. There are child locks for the garbage and the pantry so food can be safe there. Jackets and shoes to be hung up and stored in closet and personal items/bags/packages to be kept away in the bedroom.

House

Lovely 2 room apartment (approx 55m2) in the heart of Majorna in Gothenburg Sweden. An area known as family friendly, amongst many hip cafes and restaurants away from the main city center, second hand shopping, more for locals but still within a close proximity to the center. Also close to the large city park Slottskogen, a tram ride away from the archipelago and ferry station Röda Sten. The apartment is part of the Kolumbus complex where many apartments share beautiful inner courtyards. A shared sauna can be booked in the apartment building. The apartment is best suited for 1-2 people. A large comfy couch and a big TV makes for Cosy nights in. Come explore the gem of a city of Gothenburg, you will love it! A few board games are available, a big TV for cosy nights in, and a bookable sauna for private usage. There is a Game Cube with some classic games: Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. A lovely community of apartments with beautiful gardens, many families come and go. On the block there is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant, some bars and cafes and the largest pizzeria / roof top beer garden in the world: Moreno Pizza. …

A lovely community of apartments with beautiful gardens, many families come and go. On the block there is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant, some bars and cafes and the largest pizzeria / roof top beer garden in the world: Moreno Pizza. There are several grocery stores within a few block and the tram is a 4-5 min walk away that will take you to the archipelago coast or to the city center. Majorna is the "hip" part of town, is considered family friendly but also optimal for young people. Röda Sten where the ferry comes is a 15 min walk away where people go to hang out by the water and many restaurants and bars of a specific Swedish esthetic are found.
