We have two elderly cats - one is about 16 and one is around 14 years old. They are independent of each other in fact the older Shenpa has sadly never liked the younger one, Gambhu. Shenpa is a tiger/siamese/burmese with short hair and doesn't like being approached initially - she has to come to you and then will get extremely affectionate but it is all on her terms or you may get swiped at. Gambhu is a big zen guy - doesn't like being held but will sit very very close to you and want you to pet his belly a lot.

House

Quiet secured first floor condo in land leased portion of False Creek near Granville Island and on the seawall. The two cats have a few beds throughout the condo but they are not allowed in the main bedroom and there is a child gate which they abide by.

Quieter area on the seawall right by a lagoon with is a dead end from the rest of the False Creek. Our place is secure as you have to get through a fobbed gate to get into our building and there is a nice atrium area with tress, plants and benches in between the two buildings in the strata,
